Lunchtime LifeForce Yoga to De-Stress & Re-Set

Join us Tusdays for a 40 minute (12:10-12:50 pm) yoga break, using simple movement, breath work and deep relaxation to help you let go of tensions, refresh the body mind and spirit, that will carry you on throughout your work day and week. All are welcome: drop in $10
Linda Mackay is a certified yoga instructor and LifeForce Yoga® Practitioner and Mentor. She believes what research supports: a regular yoga and meditation practice transforms mood, energy, vitality and strength. An added bonus is that yoga and meditation actually lengthens and maintains our telemere length -part of our DNA – the longer our telomeres, the slower our aging process. A pretty great investment!
