Caroline Rosta, R.P.

Caroline is a Registered Psychotherapist, Parent Coach, Clinical Supervisor and safeTALK Trainer. She works with individuals and also RCMP, Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces personnel and Refugees. She is thrilled to be a part of The Space Within team in Stratford and she also has an office in Toronto and works online with clients from around the province. Caroline develops custom therapy plans for every client based on individual needs and goals. Caroline brings expertise in various clinical interventions to help clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and healing from past abuse, chronic pain, life transitions, grief and loss and issues relating to self-worth, self-trust, identity and meaning/purpose. Her work is founded on trauma-informed, anti-racism and anti-oppression principles and practices. As a parent coach, Caroline works with parents/guardians of teens to help them maintain positive relationships, learn strategies & develop skills to manage their teen’s behaviours and set realistic action plans for change. Caroline is committed to creating suicide-safer communities and empowering individuals to feel confident that they can help prevent suicide. She leads safeTALK suicide prevention workshops in groups in schools, community organizations and businesses.
