Jennifer Zylstra uses hypnosis to help clients understand and overcome persistent challenges. Her warm and open-minded approach allows clients to explore their issues in a comfortable and effective 
environment. It has been Jennifer’s honour, and absolute pleasure, to participate in the powerful transformations that her clients experience. The Answer Within was so named because it was with delight and awe that Jennifer realized that our answers lie within ourselves, we just need to know how to ask. Jennifer completed her training and started her practice in 2018 in Victoria, British Columbia and in 2021 she returned to her hometown, bringing her practice to Stratford, Ontario.
